Do you offer local pick up?
We do offer local pick-up, I don’t have a physical store to shop at but do provide the option for customers who live nearby and would like to pick up their orders. Local pick-up orders will receive an email when the order is ready so we can make arrangements for pick-up. I am located in Weslaco TX. You can also email me to make arrangements to Simplyglittericious@yahoo.com.
How long is shipping?
My normal processing time is 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends. I sometimes do ship same day when possible. This does NOT include USPS shipping time.
Do you offer Return or Exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if you have any issues please send us an email to Simplyglttericios@yahoo.com and we will try to assist the best we can.
What is LABL Shipping Protection?

LABL insurance is recommended for customers with First Class shipping or even Priority. LABL is a shipping insurance company that will protect packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged in transit. If you opt out of the insurance at checkout, Simply Glittericious will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To submit a claim click here.

Do you sell glitters by weight or volume?
All glitter is sold by weight.

Are silicone beads food grade silicone?
Yes, almost all silicone beads are food-grade silicone beads. I do have a few that are not which will be stated on the listing as not food safe.

Please be careful with any loose beads around children as they could be a choking hazard. Never leave any children unattended around loose beads.
